Tickets are now available in advance! Advance purchase is recommended!
For visitors who are unable to purchase their ticket online in advance, tickets will also be available at the ticket office from the start of the exhibition. Important: However, due to the limited number of visitors to the exhibition, it is recommended - especially for visitors with a longer journey - to purchase a ticket online in advance for the desired day and time, as otherwise there may be longer waiting times.
In order to optimally control the flow of visitors, tickets are purchased for a specific entrance time. With a timed ticket, entry to the exhibition is possible within the booked time slot. The length of stay is not limited beyond the opening hours of the exhibition.
If you want to be flexible or give tickets away, flex/gift tickets are the right choice. This means that access to the exhibition is possible at any time during the month booked without prior reservation or time commitment. These tickets are only available in limited numbers. The flex ticket does not give priority in queues, waiting time may occur.

The duration of the stay is not limited beyond the opening hours of the exhibition. We recommend that you plan about 1.5 hours for your visit. The time will depend on how long you spend looking at each work and whether you want to read all the information available. Experience has shown that using the multimedia tour extends the time you spend in the exhibition. Once you have left the exhibition, it is not possible to re-enter. Last admission one hour before the exhibition closes.
The exhibition is accessible to wheelchair users and there is also a disabled toilet.
Photography and filming are allowed.
There is a comprehensive and informative multimedia tour that you can access on site by using a QR code with your own smartphone. This multimedia tour is free of charge.
Contact the information desk in the exhibition entrance or goteborg@mystery-banksy.com.
The exhibition is cashless.
Prams are allowed in the exhibition if space permits. On busy days, prams may need to be left in the foyer.
The shop has a wide range of souvenirs for Banksy fans - from postcards, magnets and mugs to stylish T-shirts and hoodies, all in the street artist's design! You can also design your own Banksy-style shirt with a stencil and spray can, and single-colour shirts are also available to buy on site.
It is only possible for guide dogs or assistance dogs to enter the show. This must be notified in advance to goteborg@mystery-banksy.com.
